I lead developer ecosystem strategy across Asia-Pacific and Japan for ClickHouse, an open-source, column-oriented, distributed OLAP database built for real-time analytics with SQL. I partner with Field Marketing, Sales, and key ecosystems to grow community-first programs, advocacy, and measurable adoption—from regional meetups and activations to tier-1 conferences and flagship events. I turn community engagement into technical content and customer stories, represent ClickHouse with talks across the data and developer landscape, and optimize for developer acquisition, engagement, and cloud trial growth across regional channels.
Developer Relations Lead APAC

I led Developer Relations for Neo4j across APAC, scaling the developer ecosystem across nine active chapters with a high-impact engagement model that drove strong meetup and community growth. I transitioned the region to a GenAI-first community motion, multiplied third-party ecosystem partnerships and conference presence, and served as the primary bridge between APAC developers and Neo4j product—turning feedback into insights for developer experience and product direction. I delivered advanced technical talks, workshops, and enablement on graph databases, GenAI, and applied AI; built scalable leadership among local organizers with consistent standards; and positioned Neo4j as a core platform for AI and GenAI workloads among developers, startups, and enterprises.
